Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
